Haluwww
and assalamualaikum
Ok
this week 7, my class has learnt about Information system development or we
call its ISD. ISD is a conceptual model
used in Project Management that describes the stages involved in an information
system development project and its also mean that the systems development is
the process of defining, designing, testing, and implementing a new software
application or program. In methodologies system have many different collection
as procedures, tools and documentation aids. It is a which will help the
systems developers to implement a new information system.
Addition in this week.. we also have leant about
database management or we call DBMS. Stands for DBMS is a software system
for manipulating databases. DBMS has many components as item, relationships,
constraints and schema. . It can be defined as an organization of components
that define and regulate the collection, storage, management and use of data in
a database. It is a system whose overall purpose is to record and maintain
information.
For examples
include MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, FileMaker, Oracle,
RDBMS, dBASE, Clipper, and FoxPro. Since there are so many database management
systems available, it is important for there to be a way for them to
communicate with each other. For this reason, most database software comes with
an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) driver that allows the database to
integrate with other databases. For example, common SQL statements such as
SELECT and INSERT are translated from a program's proprietary syntax into a
syntax other databases can understand.
that all for today and assalamualaikum..
